Permissions
The congress invitation letters to be requested to be given to the institutions for congress participation will be sent to the participants through the Congress Secretariat. Such invitation letters can only be used for permission purposes. The registration and accommodation fees of the guests with such invitation letters belong to them.

Name Badge
Badges will be given to all participants. It is kindly requested to wear the badges at all times in order to maintain the congress order.

Speaker Room
The speaker room will be at the service of speakers who wish to check their presentations during the congress. If the presentation is brought on a personal computer, the presentation will be transferred to the congress computers by the staff. After the presentation, if desired, it will be deleted under the supervision of the speaker.

Participant Certificate
All participants will be able to pick up their participation certificates from the registration desk on November 03, 2024 at 08:30.

Abstract General Information
Presentations at the congress will be in the form of poster and oral presentations. Those who want to participate in the congress with a paper should send their abstracts from the poster and oral presentation section of the www.strokeacademy2024.org website until October 01, 2024 at the latest. In order for the abstracts to be published in the digital book, registration to the congress is required.
