Accommodation Information
  • External Participant Daily Price is 135€ + VAT between 09:00-18:00.
  • If accommodation is not provided through Burkon Tourism, a 4-day package external participation fee will be added to the registration fee. 4-Day External Participation Fee: 540€ + VAT. The external participation fee includes lunch, coffee-breaks and other refreshments. Late External Participant Daily price will be added 25€ + VAT for the period from 09:00 to 23:00 including dinner.
  • 31 October 2024 Thursday Check-in, 03 November 2024 Sunday Check-out, 3 nights room + ultra all-inclusive accommodation service is included. For accommodation requests on different dates, requests should be sent by e-mail to tugce.ercan@burkon.com
  • Check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00, early check-in and late check-out are charged extra. Hotels are not obliged to allocate rooms to the participants, but will be able to assist the participants in line with availability. For early arrivals and late departures, you will be assisted where to leave your luggage.
  • Accommodation and foreign participation prices are converted at the bank's effective selling rate.
  • Accommodation fees do not include 10% VAT. Taxes should be added to the accommodation fees. Burkon Tourism reserves the right to reflect the changes in taxes, fees and duties that may arise in the prices.
  • According to the Payment Date to be determined at the reservation stage, Accommodation prices will be fixed in TL at the CBRT current Euro Sales Rate.

Accommodation Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For cancellations until July 01, 2024, the full payment will be refunded.
  • 50% of the payment will be refunded for cancellations notified until August 01, 2024.
  • After August 01, 2024, there will be no cancellation - refund, name change will be accepted.

Participants who will participate externally can fill in the fields in the external participation form by checking the option "I do not want accommodation" in the accommodation form.
The external participation fee covers coffee and lunch.

Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer will be free of charge for all participants who purchase accommodation through Burkon. For participants who do not purchase accommodation through Burkon and request a transfer, one-way transfer is 2.250 TL + VAT for locals and 70€ + VAT for foreign participants. .
